My friend Liz came over on Valentine's Day and we made some beet gnocchi from this recipe. It was fun to mash it all up and see how they turned out. We discovered we're not gnocchi masters but we had a good time and sipped champagne while we did it. We topped ours with browned butter and truffle salt mmm
