Tiramisu is an amazing flavored dessert. This was a cake version of the dessert from a bakery that I loved in Boston. It has spongy layers drenched in espresso and I finished it off with fluffy mascarpone frosting, shaved chocolate, espresso beans, and pocky sticks to keep the layers together.
Tuesday is no longer just for tacos!
