Roasted Honey-Glazed Vegetables

Joshua said he'd be working a little late so I was stoked I'd have time to make this!
I got to buy tons of fresh veggies and use my new lavendar :)

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup balsamic
3 pinches dried lavendar
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp rosemary
1 tbs fresh parsley; chopped
3 small zucchini; halved
2 small squash; halved
1/2 red onion; thickly sliced
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 pint green beans
3 cloves garlic; roughly minced

serve over quinoa or rice

1   preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2   mix the honey and balsamic together, then mix in the spices
3   dip all the veggies into the glaze, cover them well
4   then transport them into a greased baking dish
5   once they are all coated and in the dish drizzle any remaining glaze overtop
6   top with salt and pepper and place in oven, uncovered, for 40 minutes
7   about halfway through I opened the oven and drizzled on a little more balsamic
8   then put your oven to broil and move the dish up to the top rack and cook on high for 5 minutes
(it makes the veggies toasted)
9   then serve over quinoa or rice

It was delicious!
