Bok Choy

We first experience bok choy when we went and had dim sum for our friend's birthday. Joshua is now in love with it and I finally decided to give cooking it myself a go.



Our friend's Alex and Rachel happened to be apartment hunting in our are and even got to stop by to join us for dinner.
I love doing stuff with people on Mondays. Last Monday we made sushi, this Monday bok choy great kick off for the week.

Bok Choy and Chicken Sausage w/ Cashews

3 baby bok choys
4 cloves garlic; minced
1 tsp. sesame seed oil
2 tsp gyoza sauce
1/4 cup cashews
few shakes of red pepper flakes
s&p
4 chicken sausages; cut in slices

cooked rice

1   mostly cook the sausage in the sesame seed oil
2   then throw in the garlic and the bok choy and saute until the bok choy is a little wilted, 3-45 min
3   put in the gyoza sauce, cashews, red pepper flakes, S&P
4   serve over rice
